This print is part of a limited edition of 50 of the piece Yellow Iris created by the artist in 2022.
This work was inspired by the colours in the yellow irises which pop up every year by the pond in Bobbie’s garden. The irises flower at a time when the garden is in full bloom with greenery everywhere. Bobbie wanted to used the contrast of the bold bright yellow with the subtle garden greens while creating the effect of pond ripples using her painting technique.
